Walter Beltrami Solo
The realm of minimalistic and atypical ensembles is probably one of the most challenging and inspiring musical territoire for the guitarist. This SOLO project is a broad and exhaustive musical experience, the repertoire including personal arrangements of his favourite “songs”, original compositions, total improvisation, sound textures and impressionistic/chromatic commentaires.
Besides the performances in jazz clubs and festivals, he loves to collaborates also with painters, dancers, visual artists and theatre/film directors. In solo he also sonorizes one of the masterpiece of Silent movies, Dreyer’s “La Passion de Jeanne d’Arc”. (1928)
